Hi Everyone,

Please remember that the deadline to regsiter for both the Fall camp Out and the Cave Tours is Thursday October 5th.

The Camp Out is $10 per person. Ronda will need your roster and one one troop check for the camp out. Each troop will supply their own food. The SU will provide the campsites, (we have 10 for 80 people), a patch for the girls, and s’mores on Saturday night. The park charges an entrance fee for everyone over 13. Everyone is responsible for paying their own entrance fees.

If you just want to come for Saturday during the day, the fee to the Service Unit is $5 per person and includes a patch and s’mores. Please pay Ponda with one troop check.

Reminder-Swimming and boating require an open water certified life guard.

Campers and non-campers can do either cave tour.

Wild Cave tour is $50 for girls/adults 11 years or older. You Must provide knee pads, elbow pads, gloves, helmet (bike helmet is fine) and hed lamp. Closed toed shoes and long pants are required. Duration is about 2 hours. Everyone will get a shirt so I need shirt size included. Girls will get a patch.

Walking Cave tour is $12. Girls will get a patch.

Your whole troop does not need to do the same tour, but please provide at least one safetywise adult for the walking tour if any of your troop members are doing that. Amy and Ronda will be the safetywise adults for the Wild Cave tour, but any adults are welcome.

Please pay for camping and caving separately. Amy needs a list of your walking cave tour people and your wild cave tour people. Permission slips/release of liability for caving will be sent out to all leaders who have regsitered people for the cave tours and must be completed before the caving adventure.

Let’s Go 1, 2, and 3 are required to camp out.

TTA and trip roster are due to Tuulikki on October 5th also.
