Bank Accounts
Just some info regarding bank accounts.
Any established accounts needing different signers will need to follow instructions the same as if a new one only check the box ‘adding signer.’ Please make sure all signers have had a current CBC with in the past 3 years. If your troop does not register for the next year your funds will be placed on hold until you do so. It can not be used for activities within the troop unless it is registered, so any events must take place before October 1 if your troop is not going to continue.
Bank accounts openings and closing must go thru me, Diane Northcutt, 512-785-9081 or diane2882@aol.com. Please find appropriate forms on the council web site at www.gsctx.org and look under forms.
If you are fundraising for any amount that must be approved by Elizabeth.
And remember you will be turning in a finical report in May. No cookie bonuses will be awarded without it. The deadline is May 1. More to come on that.
There will be a new Money Manager training directly after the October meeting.
