Please do not call the bank about your online banking or go in to close your account or change signers. They can not help you with the online banking as I have the passwords and can instruct you. Plains will never let you close your account without going thru me. You must fill out a bank closure form along with your financial statement to close. Changing signers requires you fill out a request form. It is the same as troop account request. You are just changing instead of opening new. Still need everyone’s info on the form. Please remember you need to have a CBC every 3 years. You can check with me or Tuulikki if you are current.
